Sehr netter, freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter Akis. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles! Die ruhige Lage des voll ausgestatteten schönen Steinhauses mit gepflegtem Pool sowie der Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht sind hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We enjoyed the wonderful view and the location - we were close to Stoupa and Agios Nikolaus but it was much more peaceful and scenic than staying in town. It was also possible to walk into Neochorio which has a shop, bakery and two tavernas (Thea Manis recommended) if we preferred to avoid driving. Generous outdoor space. The villa was very good value compared with some similar sized properties locally. It’s not as modernised as some but is well kept and has what you need (no dishwasher but not the end of the world). We appreciated being met at the supermarket by the owner who showed us the rest of the way to ensure we didn’t get lost, this also gave us a good opportunity to stock up. We really appreciated having a mid week cleaner visit.

It would be nice to have an outdoor shaded area (like a pergola or a veranda maybe) because it was tricky to get enough shade from just the umbrella at lunchtime. Also, it would be better to list the three villas separately on booking.com. Because photos from all three villas are shown under the listing, I actually thought I had booked a different villa, so I was a little disappointed by the smaller pool and lack of outdoor shaded area on arrival. My mistake, but confusion could be avoided by separating the listings.

Great location and views. Great outdoor space. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Very clean and cleaner was excellent. Very well decorated- real style. Good parking next to villa. Akis is a great host. There was a leak in the bathroom. It was mended on a couple of hours.

These are comments on how could improve and other comments. Not all negative. Do not book if you have mobility issues. The stairs are steep and most have no hand rails. Only one bathroom which is downstairs with the bedrooms. So if you are upstairs then you have to go downstairs to get there. Could do with a dishwasher. Whilst this is a villa for four people you need more than 4 bowls, forks spoons etc. I say this for ever villa I stay at. Sharp knives please! Difficult to can salad and fruit with a blunt knife!

Wer einen Platz für den perfekten Sonnenuntergang sucht, ist in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus goldrichtig. Man sitzt am Abend ganz entspannt auf der großzügigen Terrasse, mit einem gut gekühlten Glas Weißwein in der Hand, und sieht sich satt an der wunderbaren Verfärbung des Himmels über dem azurblauen Meer. Ja, hier oben in den Hügeln über Stoupa, kann man sich beinahe so fühlen wie einst die Götter auf dem Olymp. Einfach herrlich. Und auch im Haus selbst ist alles so, wie man es sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Eine gut sortierte Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein geschmackvoller Wohnraum mit Kamin. Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, die schönen Strände der Region sind ebenfalls ganz nah. Und für den Abschluss eines gelungenen Abends gibt es eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants. Ob in Kardamili gen Norden oder in Agios Nikolaos gen Süden. Zwei bezaubernde Orte übrigens. Wir haben unsere neun Tage hier sehr genossen. Und Akis ist ein äußerst sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder – ganz bestimmt.
