Olympia Villas

the property is in an absolutely perfect location to enjoy all the surrounding activities and sites and the facilities are top notch. The owners are also incredibly helpful and super friendly.

There is only one problem and it is general to the area. The internet connections/wifi are dismal at best. I suggest they get STARLINK. Otherwise super.

We had a lovely time here. It was our first time in a private villa (Villa VIP) and it was delightful to have the place to ourselves. Eleni, our host, was super friendly and helpful. The villa was clean, ornately decorated, fly screens on all windows and doors, comfy beds and pillows and good water pressure. Oh, and excellent air conditioning! The pool was lovely with lots of different types of seating around it - something for everyone. We enjoyed swimming in it. There was a great outside room that had a fabulous view over the valley down to the water where you could sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. It is a little bit off the beaten track but with a car, that was no problem for us. We’d stay here again.

There is a spiral staircase to get up to the (only) bedroom which was skinny and tiny and meant we left our suitcases downstairs. There was nowhere to hang the shower head so you had to shower holding the shower head which didn’t make for a good shower.

Shower head wall mount did not function.

We really enjoyed the privacy offered by the accommodation.

The mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste.
