Cerca del centro, apartamento y zona comunes limpias, mobiliario nuevo, aire acondicionado en habitaciones y zonas comunes, Wi-Fi funciona muy bien. Cocina con frigorífico, tostador y microondas.
La entrada a los apartamentos es por una escalera de acceso común con unos billares. Se ve un poco raro hasta que te acostumbras.

I had a very pleasant stay at this shared apartment. The property is secure and easy to locate, and even though all rooms were occupied, it was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious, and so was my room. The property details mentioned that shampoo and soap were not provided, but the owner was kind enough to give me two sachets of shampoo, which were just enough for my stay. The owner was really nice and polite, which made the experience even better.
