We were vacationing in Naples with friends and wanted to extend our stay for an extra weekend just the two of us. It was perfect. Close to everything we wanted.

Check in and check out process is and was a total mess. Double charged my credit card for stay and could not understand how there own process worked. Made us late for an event day of arrival because it took them so long to check us into our room. Room was nice and clean but the front desk has many issues.
