Good location, short walk to Duke’s. Great whale watching spot from living area, however, we wish there was a lanai. Condo is showing age and maintenance issues- glass missing from one kitchen cupboard door, and air conditioner does not cool bedroom very well. There was a fan in closet which would help provide airflow. Overall good experience.

We loved being centrally located between two stretches of beach. The furnishings and dishes were fine but ceiling tiles fell out in bathroom when we closed the door. The nearby food trucks and grocery store were very convenient. And a quick walk through the parking lot to Dukes was an added bonus

The condo is very nice. It is nicely furnished, and the glass doors and windows afford great views of the water. The doors can be opened, but there is no air flow because the side door and window are locked.(?) Comfortable bed. The property, however, is another story. It is nicely kept, but is tired and dated. There is no beach, no grounds in which to relax, no fitness room, and an old pool surrounded by a wooden fence and a few plantings. One can walk to the beach next door, but the stairs are tricky--one must step down onto large boulders at the bottom. If you are just looking for a nice place to sleep, this place fills the bill. It certainly doesn't have the "resort feel".
