The view, spectacular! The unit was clean and equipped nicely. The pool and hot tub area is oceanfront and very nice. The pool water could have been five degrees warmer. The hotel staff were all very nice. Definitely coming back. Aloha.

We have stayed at the Mahana probable 15-16 times. It’s actually our favorite spot. We had also stated in this particular unit exactly 10 years ago.
The problem was the unit has not been updated during that time period at all so it’s outdated in many ways compared to others we have stayed in. Refrigerator Ice maker worked very poorly.
The Lanai had a large chunk of floor tile missing with a 2x4 laying over it. We called the maintenance line and he asked in we wanted to schedule someone to come in and fix it. We stated it should have been fixed upon arrival and didn’t want unknown repairmen in our unit 3-4 during our stay.
We took the first 2-3 hours in the unit deep cleaning it as the clearing fee doesn’t actually get you a clean edit.
The appliances we all dirty. Television screens, countertops, floors etc all were dirty. There was 1-2” of dust behind the televisions as well. The living room windows were filthy. I would have thought they would have cleaned them after construction on that side.
The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. We will most definitely not stay in this unit again. Not up to Mahana standards.
