About this house rental
Our home, situated on the attractive Singer Island, is a spacious villa with a private pool and a beautiful view of the intracoastal lagoon and Little Munyon Island. The house is located a short walk (~10 min) from the sandy Atlantic beach for swimming and snorkeling. Singer Island offers several beach parks and lots of opportunities for water activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and bird watching. Lots of restaurants and shopping by PGA Blvd nearby.
The space
Highlights close by include Phil Foster Park with one of Florida's best snorkeling and diving spots right off the beach (best at high tide), Peanut Island with great children-friendly snorkeling and John D MacArthur Beach State Park with a gorgeous beach and a system of islands and lagoons for kayaking or paddle boarding.
Guest access
We have two Hobie Kona kayaks (each for one or two people) for use by our guests to explore the intracoastal lagoon. Basic beach gear is provided (cooler, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear for 3-4 people, beach chairs and a boogie board). A Weber charcoal grill is also available.
Other things to note
Seasonal natural attractions include: turtle nesting (mainly in June-July), manatee viewing (best in the coldest winter months: December-February), horseshoe crab mating (May), and our huge Mango tree (fruits ripe in June/July)

Repeated our stay with our host. Great safe location on Singer Island. Very clean and comfortable, lots of amenities for the beach, kayaking etc. Beautiful back yard and pool, covered patio out of the sun for heat of mid-day sun. Easy to walk to beach, sidewalks, close to Blue Heron bridge.

We enjoyed our time at this house on Singer Island. The house was spacious and located just 5 minutes from the beach. It was well equipped with kitchen accessories and beds were fine. The only downer was the towels which were old and worn but overall certainly didn’t ruin our trip. A solid B+!
