Some of the attractions that make you fall in love with Colorado Springs is hiking in the Garden of the Gods or Pikes Peak. Or visiting the Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the Olympic training center. Whether you are sightseeing or hiking the trails there is so much to do, you will want to return for another visit.
The 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom walkout rancher. The main level kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Dining room/living room is open to be able to enjoy sharing with friends and family with the comfy lazy-boy couch and recliners. Main level master bedroom has a king adjustable bed for total comfort. Or relax in the soaking tub in the 5 piece master bathroom. Main level second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom. The full size stack able washer/dryer is in a closet off the hall. Let the grill master prepare a delight on the gas grill while the others sip on a cool beverage and taking in the views of the mountains on the large deck.
The basement is a walkout with a separate entry from the downstairs patio. The patio has a view of the mountain range with an eating area and a hot tub and fence yard. Have fun playing pool or lounging in the basement living room. The living room has a queen sofa bed. The basement bedrooms has a king bed and another bedroom queen bed. The basement has kitchenette with full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The basement has a full size washer & dryer. With one bathroom with a tub/shower. The home can sleep up to 10 people.

Tonya & Don's home is so comfortable, and well stocked! I have stayed there before and will again! I can see the upgrades they made from last year, and they were much appreciated! (charging outlets for USB), Music box, and having the Hot Tub set at 102 when we arrived! That was Awesome relief after tennis! Also Plenty of towels, and self care products, should you have forgotten anything. I love the welcome bowl of Chocolates and twizzlers. They put love into their home, and it shows! Large table for cards (sits 8) and every chair is very comfy! Downstairs, has a kitchenette, w/d and pool table along with another living room and 2 bedrooms. HIGHLY Recommend!

Our family of 4 (2 teenage sons) loved everything about this home. Communication with owners Don and Tonya was excellent. We were even able to check in early which was communicated to us through text and was much appreciated. We had nightly pool tournaments and enjoyed the hot tub. Loved mornings on the deck viewing the mountains. Grill and outdoor space were used every day and exceeded our expectations. Within 30 minutes to almost every activity that we did (rafting in Canon City was a little over an hour away). Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Limited nearby trails for biking/running. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. I could go on and on about this home! Bottom line - book this home, you won’t be disappointed!!
