Townhouse of 230 m2 with courtyard and garden, in a country house 8km south of Pau.
Our house has a large living space, 5 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. It is very functional, with laundry rooms and numerous storage spaces. The equipment is complete: washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen equipment (coffee maker, food processor, etc.). TV area and separate office.
A renovated interior combining the comfort of contemporary materials (underfloor heating, large bay windows, steel stairs, cast iron wood stove) while retaining the peculiarities of the initial architecture of this building from the end of the 19th century (stones exposed, Béarnais sink, exposed wooden frame)
An 80 m2 courtyard and a 400 m2 garden will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, with garden furniture for 8 people, lounge area, table tennis table, barbecue.
A sheltered outdoor space allows you to store your bikes.
The house is located in the heart of the center of Gan, you will have access to small shops, services (post office, pharmacy ...), and to the Jurançon cellar on foot. You will also appreciate the market on the village square, 100m away, every Wednesday morning.
Transport: You can reach Pau easily by car, bus (Idelis bus line) or even by bike (greenway).
