Great location. Quiet and comfortable room. Felt secure.
The entrance hall and communal areas are a little shabby. Carpets were old and also a bit threadbare

Great location near Liverpool Street. The room was compact but had everything we needed - even an ironing board. And the a/c was very welcome as it was very hot outside.
The room was quite small. Pillows were very soft and could have done with an extra one. Bedside lights didn’t work and an extra bedside table would be good.

Location, location, location. Relatively cheap central London stay (just 3min walk from Liverpool Street Station). It was very quiet at night which was great, at least the room I got.
There was a strong cigarette smell when I came in, even though the bedding and everything seemed to have been replaced, the smell was strong. The AC didn't work properly. The bathroom toiletries were not good at all. Other than that, it's handy for a day or two for an emergency central london stay
