The room had everything required for a comfortable stay. I thought the bed was comfortable. The location was great for my work place. Check in was efficient. The aircon was a welcome addition.

The WiFi was really bad, to the point whereby I couldn’t get any work done :( This is a crucial part of my stay whilst on work so it was very disappointing. The rooms at the front of the building (overlooking the road) are a bit noisy, it wasn’t enough to bother me too much but if you’re an early/light sleeper it might be more of an issue. The hallway does need tarting up a bit. The key pads on the doors for entry into the building and room are also not that easy to use. I would remove carpet in the room and replace with easy to clean flooring. Lastly, in my room there was a small yellow pool of fluid that would collect under the sink in the bathroom, I had to absorb it a couple of times with tissue, just a bit icky.

Location, right next to Liverpool Street station so it was extremely convenient arriving from Stansted airport and going to Heathrow. The a/c was a definitely a plus and the bed was really comfortable so made a huge difference and felt super rested.

The fridge in the room didn’t work at all.

Good location, comfortable, clean. Literally 1 min from Liverpool street station with plenty of connections, also plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. They were nice and stored our luggage for the day after check out.

It’s pretty loud up until midnight as it sits above a pub, in a street, full of pubs. So if you need silence for sleep, bring earplugs. Also stairs leading to rooms are narrow and steep, consider that if you have have luggage or mobility issues.

The room didn’t look like the advertised photos. The stairs were hard work.
