The villa is new or newly refurbished; it seems each room has either access to the patio or a balcony. Everything is in perfect shape, clean, and in good working order. And it is at the top of the peninsula that represents the Old City Center, so it's in a great location. Also, quite unexpected for such a location, it is eerily quiet at night. Located within 5 to 10 walking minutes from the restaurant area, it is also very close to the best pancakes place in Sozopol, Работилница на Веселите Палачинки - Созопол.

Wonderful localization. 8 min walk from the main beach and at the same time in quiter heart of an old town. Room is spacious and clean, amazingly comfortable bed.
Too bad that there is no place to cook your own meal. And plastic plates could be replaced with regural ones.
