Wonderful stay in a super cosy house.
The house was super cosy. The sauna was the absolute highlight of our trip! Check-in and -out was pretty flexible. We didn’t miss anything in the house and had a wonderful time.
When we arrived, the driveway was quite icy and it is rather steep so we couldn’t get up without putting the snow chains on.

Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und noch besser! Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Viel Platz. Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Sauna gut genießbar. Draußen sogar eine Schaukel für Kids. Betten bequem. Sehr zentral gelegen. Falkertsee und Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wahnsinns Aussicht! Vermieter waren auch super nett.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Chalet und wunderbarer Umgebung.
Das Haus liegt auf ca. 1800 m in einer sehr schönen und absolut ruhigen Umgebung. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten; schöne Seen sind nicht weit. Das Chalet hat eine große Terrasse mit Südausrichtung und wunderbarem Ausblick. Das Chalet ist heimelig, teilweise etwas verwinkelt. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort; für diese Anzahl ist das Chalet angenehm groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es fehlte nichts.
Die Doppelbetten sind mit 1.40 m Breite sehr schmal für 2 Personen. WLAN ist extrem langsam. Ich muss leider ab und zu meine Arbeitsmails abrufen; das funktionierte nicht zuverlässig, so dass ich mir einen Hotspot über mein Smartphone einrichten musste. Die Räume des Chalets sind erheblich dunkler als die Fotos im Internet dies suggerieren. Was uns sehr verwundert hat und bei den meisten Gastgebern von Ferienhäusern so nicht mehr gehandhabt wird, sind separate Abrechnungen von Nebenkosten: Es gibt fixe Nebenkosten (wie z.B. Endreinigung), die im Grundpreis enthalten sind. Dazu kommen aber noch ein Wäschepaket für 15 Euro (!!!) pro Person, Wasser- und Abwassergebühren (haben wir sonst nie erlebt) und Strom. Für das doch recht teure Wäschepaket bekam man recht alte Bettbezüge (teilweise mit Löchern) und alte, verschossene Handtücher. Zudem müssen diese Nebenkosten bar bezahlt werden, was Probleme mit dem Wechselgeld verursachte und in der heutigen Zeit anachronistisch wirkt. Diese Handhabung der Nebenkosten hat uns verärgert und ist der wesentliche Grund für die Bewertung "7".
