Localização no melhor ponto de itauna, em frente ao Restaurante Garota de Itauna e o Centro de Treinamento de Surf. almoçamos ao lado do apto com preços ótimos. pizzaria a 50 m. o apto muito arejado, amplo, com muito conforto, completo com opção de roupade cama e banho. Silencioso, com uma varanda ampla de frente para o mar, elevador, apesar de um lance de escada bem leve. Garagem. Para quem gosta de uma boa caminhada , dá para ir para a Vila a pé, 1,3 k. Para quem gosta de correr, é excelente e para quem quer um lugar para se sentir a brisa do mar e uma linda vista sem sair do lugar, a varanda do apto e convidativa. TV e ar nos dois quartos e uma grande na sala. Wi_fi, enfim , amei!
