Gostei da localização e da limpeza. Tudo muito limpo e muito bem cuidado. No final das contas foi tudo bem mas senti que várias coisas poderiam melhorar.
Em primeiro lugar poderia dizer no anúncio que é no 4 andar SEM elevador. Outra coisa é que o chuveiro é elétrico e agora nessa época está um pouco mais frio e o chuveiro não dá conta. O frigobar é bem antigo e gela pouco. Quarto bem simples mas achei que o valor pago não vale a pena. Dá pra achar locais que tenham a mesma estrutura oferecida mais em conta.
