Location is great, by the Periyar river. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the property is well maintained.
Food could have been better, especially the non-veg dishes.

Dirty tables in resturant from night before when we went to breakfast
Room towel was dirty
Furniture & extra beds everywhere on undercover walkway to restaurant
Snack Food from the night before still in the garden
