Premium Apartment Yumbo WIFI A/C

It is hard to fully explain how impressed I was with this unit for rental. There are extensive pictures of the unit and property but they don't even fully capture how well appointed it is. From the levels of lighting options in the unit to the appliances, WIFI, fully stocked kitchen and excellent A/C it was a delight to have this stay. The location is absolutely incredible. The security staff were always present and friendly. With a supermarket on site and numerous bars in restaurants within a 5 minute walk there is nothing more you could require. I have visited Playa Del Ingles many times but can't imagine going back and having to stay anyplace else in future. I can't recommend this highly enough if you are considering a visit to Playa Del Ingles.

I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like about this rental unit. I have been in touch with the owner since I left and had to tell him the same thing. I always think that it is helpful if you tell them of any improvements they could make but I honestly had no suggestions for him at all. Of all the places I have ever stayed in Gran Canaria this is, by far, my favourite and will be my only choice in future. If this unit isn't available when booking a trip I believe I would shift my travel dates based on its availability to ensure a future stay.

Great apartment. Nicely decorated, clean, very comfortable, and a great location. Very good value for money when I stayed too.

This is a great apartment. It doesn't have a balcony but there are huge windows onto the garden. The advantage is it kept the noise out. I've stayed in other places where the noise from the street can get a bit much. It was totally peaceful in the apartment with the windows closed and Aircon on.

Excellent location for the Yumbo. Nice sized Apartment (bedroom small, but perfectly functional), good Aircon.

Good location. we had to move from our home while works was being done and it was close to work

Strong smell of damp at all times. nowhere to dry towels or clothes (probably why it has damp) Title “Premium apartment” … is a bit of an over statement. No washing machine alone makes the title redundant - granted the description doesn’t say it has a washing machine machine but it also doesn’t say it doesn’t bedroom is extremely small even for a couple - hemmed in against the wall. i slept on the sofa (comfy). All in all have a good look around i’d suggest
