The bed was good (always a win), the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and there was reliable warm water for showers honestly, that already checks the most important boxes.
the toilet struggled a bit, it didn’t flush very well, which was a little inconvenient.

It was close to Arena Monterrey. We stayed here 1 night while we went to a show.
At night there was no hot water to shower. 10:30 pm no hot water to shower after letting the water run, waiting for 10 min.

Cold AC
I did not like the charge my child as an adult extra $400 good way to lose customers I was going to stay and extra night but no if you book a room with two bed 4 guest should be expected.
