Ericeira Sand Beach II

Bedrooms were nice and the apartment was spacious. For us location was perfect. Not in the centre of the old town, but everything we needed was very close. Free parking lot, minimarket and a cafe just outside of the door. There was a great restaurant Tia Matilde just behind the apartment- you can see it from the kitchen window. Communication with the host was very smooth and we were met on the door - really friendly. All in all for this price it was a decent place. Price was reasonable.

Kitchen utensils and glassware are very old and looked like they will never get clean. Of course they were clean, but stained from time and use. You could add some very basic items in the kitchen like detergent, dish soap, salt and pepper. There is a washing machine, but for a week stay there is no point to buy this as a tourist. But I believe your guests would really appreciate this little gesture. Bathroom needs to be redone - the layout is old and uncomfortable. Shower very uncomfortable in a small and narrow bathtub that is old and stained from time and wear. Toilet seat was loose. We are not very fussy travellers so it was all manageable, but still the apartment needs some renovation and refinishing. Wifi was pretty poor.

Un bel accueil à notre arrivée. Un hôte, Ricardo, disponible et très agréable pour chacune de nos demandes. Bel emplacement avec vue sur la mer. Appartement très convenable pour notre séjour avec un panier surprise qui nous attendait dans la cuisine. Merci Ricardo !

L’emplacement était parfait. L’hôte a été très réactif quand le frigo est tombé en panne. Il a été remplacé dans la journée.

Les lits simples ne sont pas confortables. Nous sentions les ressorts s’enfoncer dans le corps. L’appartement nécessite un bon rafraîchissement et un coup de jeune dans la décoration. Le prix est un peu élevé pour ce type d’appartement.
