Durante a minha estadia neste alojamento, houve vários aspetos positivos que gostaria de destacar. A localização é bastante conveniente, com proximidade a diversos serviços públicos, o que facilita muito o dia a dia. A zona é tranquila, com pouco ruído, ideal para descansar. O espaço em si é confortável e acolhedor, proporcionando uma estadia agradável. Além disso, a casa encontra-se equipada com os utensílios essenciais, o que torna a experiência mais prática. A limpeza das roupas de cama e das toalhas também foi satisfatória.

No entanto, existem alguns pontos a melhorar. Durante o período noturno, é bastante difícil encontrar estacionamento nas imediações, uma vez que os lugares estão frequentemente todos ocupados. Tendo em conta que os prédios dispõem de garagem, seria uma mais-valia disponibilizar um lugar de estacionamento aos hóspedes. Por outro lado, a limpeza geral do apartamento poderia ser mais cuidada. O exaustor apresentava acumulação de gordura, havia bastante sujidade por baixo da cama e foram encontrados restos de comida na zona interior da janela e paredes com humidade excessiva.

Such a good price for a lot of space and good to get a local experience rather than a tourist spot. There was good communication with the owner and local laundrette and cafes nearby after a long day exploring. We stayed for a week here in very bad weather ( unusual for Portugal ).

Boy was it cold. The two heaters followed us around and with the help of hats and coats we kept warm. The shower managed to give one person a shower only ( there were three of us ), and parking was tricky at night. We washed things in the kitchen as it was reasonably clean but not spotless

Spacious, but very little else was truly positive. A lot of the extra space was dirty, so it was not comfortable to use it, even though we were glad to have it.

The place is not looked after very well. Dirty bathroom and spaces made the experience uncomfortable. The host seemed to care a lot and was very friendly, but essentially forgot about us after the check-in even though we had a complaint (they left only a tiny bag with shower gel for a family of four staying 5 nights). Many things didn't seem to work properly or at all and there was a significant amount of mold.
