Entire apartment renovated (new condition) with 2 bedrooms (1 suite) + 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with 42 "flat screen TV.
WI-Fi internet.
Split air conditioning and ceiling fan in all environments.
Closets in the bedrooms.
Great and new electric showers.
Washing tank in the toilet.
Blinds on the windows (black out in the room).
Suite with double bed box.
Dormitory with two single box beds and two attached bunk beds.
Full kitchen with microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, stove and cabinets with all the necessary utensils for your vacation.
1 demarcated covered parking space and several visitor spaces to use on a first-come, first-served basis.

Quiet and familiar place.
Condominium on the sand, being necessary to go down a staircase of 3 floors to reach the beach. Attached to the Hotel Wembley Inn with free access to the restaurant and the possibility to have breakfast at the hotel (paying directly at the hotel).
Corner of Praia das Toninhas super quiet and familiar, good restaurants and bars nearby. On the beach you can close some tours, including to the fantastic Anchieta Island.

Deu tudo muito certo e conforme planejado! O Jorge me contactou logo durante o processo de reserva e tirou todas as dúvidas, inclusive com os pertences que existem no apartamento como cooler e guarda-sóis.
Minha família curtiu muito, e fica a alguns lances de escada do hotel Wembley, que dá acesso á praia. Voltaremos com certeza!

O apto exatamente como nas fotos, impecável. Limpo, organizado. Ar condicionado nos quartos e sala funcionando. Na cozinha, geladeira nova, fogão e microondas funcionado bem, utensílios de cozinha completo, panelas de todos os tamanhos, panela de pressão, frigideiras, louças novas, enfim...
As camas muito confortáveis.
Nenhuma observação negativa. O proprietário Jorge, muito atencioso durante todo o processo de locação. O zelador Sr. José nos recebeu prontamente, esclareceu todas as dúvidas e se colocou à disposição.
Condomínio calmo, sem aglomeração. Deixamos o carro no estacionamento externo, ficou praticamente na porta do apto e na sombra das árvores.
As escadas, embora muitos lances, serviu para a atividade física diária.
Aproveitamos muito a estadia e esperamos poder retornar em breve.

Estivemos no carnaval, chuvoso, neste imóvel
Eu, minha esposa, sogra, sogro e minhas filhas de 3anos e 1 ano (dormiu no berço que levamos)
Imóvel é fiel às fotos e descrições.
Completo em utensílios de cozinha, equipamentos de praia, todos os elétros funcionando em perfeitas condições!
Acomoda 2 casais com conforto.
Móveis novos, ambiente muito limpo, e aparenta ter sido todo repaginado e reformado!
O acesso à praia é feito através de uma escadaria, similar a 3 andares de um prédio, o que causa um pouco de desconforto apenas para minha sogra (55anos). Porém existe um acesso à praia, proximo, consegue ir de carro!
Conseguimos estacionar os 2 carros em vagas cobertas.
Anexo, existe um hotel onde fizemos algumas refeições.
Os anfitriões respondem rápido e são muito atenciosos’
De modo geral, valeu a pena!

O apartamento retrata fielmente como esta nas fotos(acho que melhor ) , limpeza impecável , bem arejado , ar condicionados funcionando perfeitamente , podem alugar sem medo .
Sem contar atendimento e atenção tanto do Jorge como do senhor. Zé ..
