Ótimo lugar para se hospedar com sua família, apartamento limpo, bem próximo da praia, tem uma vista maravilhosa que compensa tudo, barulho do mar para dormir!
Devido a chuva que pegamos nos dias que ficamos o apartamento ficou com cheiro de imóvel que está a muito tempo fechado, alguns pisos estavam quebrados, mas acredito que logo será arrumado! Do mais tudo ok!

O apartamento é muito bem organizado, vários itens e utensílios na cozinha.
Os quartos bem organizados também, bons colchões.
A vista de ambos os quartos é maravilhosa. Não há palavras para descrever o que é dormir ouvido o mar e acordar com vista para pagamento o mar.
Com certeza na próxima visita à Ubatuba, vamos nos hospedar no apartamento do Sr. Francisco e Sra. Nivia
