Nice clean room in great location

Room had everything you would need and even though fairly small it was perfect for a weekend. The room was clean and warm. We thought we would need the heating as not great weekend weather but it wasn't needed. Parking space was also a bonus.

Shower wasn't very warm and couldn't be adjusted or at least i couldn't work it out :-)

Very clean, cosy and comfortable. Very close to the beach and we were visiting my mum in hospital so we were able to visit without having to return home and combine and overnight stay. Everything we needed was in the apartment - we couldn’t have asked for a better or more comfortable stay and our host was very accommodating when I called with a query about the lock box.

Basic with no frills but a cheap way to be in West Bay for a few days.

The location is in West Bay like many others. It's handy for the buses and for walking and local amenities. It was a functional stay.

The size of it meant that not much could be fitted in. The kitchen was an area smaller than the average bathroom and which led directly into the bathroom itself (no bath). The bottom sheet and mattress protector didn't fit properly on the bed and so often ended up rucked up under you. However, the price was much lower than most other properties/caravans which you can't argue with.

The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. The views were superb. Ideally situated to walk to all the local amenities and attractions. Our grandsons loved the crabbing experience at the harbour.

Toilet/washroom was very tight for space, glass shelf restricted use of sink, the cracked floor tiles near to toilet were a hygiene worry, the kitchenette was extremely small and very dangerous with the electric hot plates, lack of storage space for clothes etc (very poor) the apartment was not good value for money

Having extra space, with a lounge, separate bedroom, kitchen & bathroom. The view from both lounge & bedroom was stunning, looking straight out to sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean, couldn't really fault it.

Perfect place for a short break to explore the Jurassic coast.

Absolutely loved this flat, great location by the sea, very comfortable, well appointed, didn't use the kitchen but it looked perfectly ok, and we loved the area. What made it stand out for me was the effort and care that our host went to to make sure that the flat would be suitable for my mother, who has some mobility problems, and her obvious wish to ensure that we had a great stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Was working away for work, and the job was based in Westbay Harbour; the location of Westpoint Apartments was perfect. The accommodation was great and was exactly what I needed to come back to after a long day of work!

Much better than expected from the outside. Good location.

Compact but well appointed. Cosy. TWO bathrooms. Well equipped and comfortable. Central location near the sea and harbour. Very helpful host (despite a damaged ankle!). Free parking close by. Nice touches like books to read, games to play. We enjoyed our stay, particularly Bridport market and our meal at the Seagulls Restaurant in West Bay (need to book).

Personal preference - could do with better blinds to block out the early morning light. Probably not the most attractive buildings - 1970's? Otherwise probably things over which the apartments had no control - seagulls doing Strictly Come Dancing on the roof at dawn. Boy racers in cars at midnight on the promenade opposite the site.

West Bay stay

The apartment was adequate for our needs. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was very small., Would have liked an electric kettle rather than using a kettle on the stove, had difficulty using, perhaps instructions on use would have been helpful. Bathroom small but shower lovely, lots of hot water. Will definitely rent apartment again when we come down for the rally weekend.

The seagulls were very noisy, but then it is the seaside. Did hear some noise through walls of the neighbours, but overall the noise didn't really affect us.

Best sea views we’ve ever had

Beautiful furniture and furnishings. The location was excellent — we loved having all our meals with a front-row sea view. Very comfortable bed also and the kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious.

A little cold at nights in the winter, the toilet was missing a toilet brush, and the bed was a little big so we kept hitting ourselves on the frame.

Epic weekend in Westbay made all the better by a great place to stay

The location is superb, the layout is good and welcoming. The kitchen may be small but it is well equipped. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. There is a whole library of books and DVD's on hand that looked to support many interests.

The shower is a little compact but was a good flow and temperature, init could use a shampoo/shower gel shelf cos once It was dropped retrieval was difficult. I am not familiar with the area but thought that the outer door could have been more secure with maybe a digital lock perhaps.

Both bedrooms were en suite which made our stay much more comfortable. It's location on the Esplanade was ideal.

The kitchen was very small making it impossible for more than one person to be in it at any one time. There were only 4 wine glasses, one of which was cracked and there were 4 of us wanti g to use them!t

The location was fabulous and the apartment was well equipped. There were additional touches like tea coffee and toiletries which we did not expect from a self catering accomodation.

There was a slight leak from the bottom of the shower .
