Refurbished throughout and with a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower, this one bedroom first floor apartment offers fantastic sea views and stunning scenery and is only 50 metres from West Beach.
The light, spacious lounge opens into a double-glazed sun-room and outside balcony and is comfortably furnished. There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a 3-seater click-clack sofa bed in the lounge which opens to a small double bed, suitable for younger children.
The apartment has a garage and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the car park, or a straight staircase at the front of the building which leads straight on to the esplanade.
All rooms in the apartment have heating should it be required.
50 yards from the apartment is Parkdean Holiday Park which has a swimming pool which is open to the public.
Dogs are welcome and the area is ideal for walking.

We had a lovely stay in this stunning apartment. Very clean with everything you could need, hosts were very helpful. Parking was easy, very near to the apartment and inside a garage. The sea view was also lovely.

The check in instructions were very clear, use of the closed garage for parking was a bonus. The apartment was as described, very well equipped.

Very average. No internet. Shower hardly works, thermostat has failed.
Inside is dated but clean. Outside is ugly and rundown.
Kitchen is nice and fairly new.
