Very good location, close to a beach and good seafood resturants, 7/11 store close by, within 20 minute drive of central Pattaya. Grab cars always available locally for trips into Pattaya downtown district costing around 200 BHT.
Local beach not too clean, lot of plastic rubish in the sea and along the shoreline.

It was clean and Decent .
It doesn’t have any Microwave Food 🥘 Warmers. It also did not have TV 📺 STREAMING. And no Safe way to Store important information

the outside air conditioner unit is very noisy, especially of the neighboring room. too noisy and hard to sleep. My room was second one from the entrance. maybe other rooms ate better, but ours was too much noise
