location and wifi perfect,staff really friendly,dont even know if there were other guests,great privacy,restaurant very handy for when i got caught up enjoying myself out and forgot to eat,requested a stand fan after switching off aircon,request granted

Staff. Ladies at the bar are quite helpful and reasonable with you if you need something.
Room was cozy, big enough, with a private restroom and equiped with fridge, tv and safebox.
You've got views to the street also.
Location. Is probably I've should known in advance perhaps, but I hope this review helps other travellers.
This guesthouse is on the middle of one the multiple late night bars streets in Pattaya and you can hear the loud music from the bars on the street and the ladies shouting constantly.
But it's not like no one knows what expects you in here.
