This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja’s vast array of amenities at hand reach. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1.5 km), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.
Location and outside area
At the front of the house you'll find a lovely verandah with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean - the ideal spot for having a nice breakfast or an alfresco diner. A few steps lead down to the spacious lawn and the private pool (6,5m x 3,5m long and 1.25m – 2.20m deep), complete with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a barbecue corner with additional sitting area.
For sightseeing, we would recommend exploring the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise, we specially recommend the walk through the riverbed of the Río Chillar. By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed. The villa has a private parking for one car.
Inside and lay-out
The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace and a dining corner. Satellite-tv is available. The kitchen is independent and well equipped with a 4 rings vitro-hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). There are 2 shower rooms, one of them is ensuite.

- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
- Air conditioning is available throughout the house (free of charge).

The villa was fantastic. Everything you neede was there. The gardener came twice weekly to keep the pool and garden in tip top condition. Enjoyed every second of our stay.

We would like to thank Dolores for allowing us the use of her villa. It was so comfortable, spotlessly clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen with a wide selection of utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. It was probably the best villa we have stayed in over the past 5 years visiting Nerja. She was so attentive and got things sorted as soon as they were reported. She obviously took a pride in presenting her villa. We appreciated the fact that she brought us a buggy which made it so much easier to get around with a 2 year old. We hope everything was in order on our departure.

This is a most attractive villa with a lovely garden. We were met very warmly by the owner who showed us around the property. The property was extremely clean and the garden very well cared for. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was in plentiful supply, ample bath and hand towels. The villa has a very warm and homely feel and the owner takes great pride in it's presentation. The villa is in a quiet location but within walking distance of a local supermarket (Lidl). It is about 30 mins walk into Nerja. All in all a very good villa to seek peace and quiet and highly recommended.
