VILLA DANTE has been focused on renewable energy.
In fact, it has a 9.9 kW photovoltaic system.
From March to October it manages to generate from 35 to 50 KW per day, in the winter the performance is lower, it is therefore almost completely independent from the external supply of electricity, therefore it responds to the need to contain CO2 production.
It also has a 14 KW TESLA storage. So even when there is no sun, at night, when it is cloudy, it has a certain electrical autonomy. The property consists of 3 independent apartments.
