It was well located and good communication with the host. Room was good and clean. Private bathroom.
Didn't expect a shared place, with shared kitchen. We were 4 people but there were only 2 cups and no tea, milk or coffee was left. It seemed they were all run out. I was expecting our own kitchenette or coffee maker and that was the disappointing bit as we couldn't have a coffee before we left. We had to leave early morning to catch an early ferry.

Clean and comfortable room. There is tea and espresso machine in the hallway for everyone to use
No check in instructions were provided. I was lucky to show up when the cleaning lady was working so she let me in and connected to the owner. I wonder what I’d have to do if I arrived outside if he working hours..

We stayed here twice, and everything was wonderful.
The apartment has a perfect location.
You can walk to the port in just 5–7 minutes.
The nearest metro station is also only 5 minutes away.
The host kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases early in the morning, so we had the whole day to explore Naples without luggage.
We took a taxi to the airport — it took 10 minutes without traffic and about 30 minutes with traffic.
Thank you, we would be happy to come back again!

The location is great close to the main port. The room is good size but not sound proof. The couple next door arrived late in the evening and were yelling and laughing in the hallway outside which I could hear from my room (and also disrespectful to the neighbors). The instructions to the room were great but host often took time to reply to my messages.
Quite a lot. The bar fridge was off when I arrived and when I plugged it in, the light went on but the fridge did not become cool (even by the next morning). Inadequate tea and coffee supplies (no tea bags or milk). As mentioned, above, inadequate sound proofing between the rooms.
