Great location with view over harbour. All facilities you would require.
A bit cramped for space but adequate.

Location was good
The steep staircase and it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel . The bed was to low difficult to get up and out

It is a reasonably priced room in a beautiful location. The hotel has a certain atmosphere and character, but it is quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment.
The bathroom is not really en suite in the way most guests would expect, which was not entirely clear from the room description when booking.
The heating system is also not ideal and could be improved. In addition, the room was not as clean as we had hoped, with a noticeable amount of dust in some areas.
Overall, the property has potential, but it would benefit from some updating and greater attention to maintenance and housekeeping.
