Beach clubs, casual restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, nightlife, shopping, and waterfront spots are all within a few minutes on foot. No rental car needed—most guests explore everything by foot.



This is one of Playa’s most lively areas, with music, nightlife, and local energy that continues into the evenings.

- Around a 10-minute walk to the ADO Bus Terminal Playa del Carmen for easy airport transfers and trips around the Riviera Maya.

Getting Around:

The condo is an easy 50-min drive from Cancun International Airport and transfers can be booked either online or at the airport. If you prefer, as soon as you confirm your booking, we can help you schedule private transportation and have it waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer to rent a car, there are many choices for car rentals at the airport and in downtown Playa del Carmen.



Don’t feel like driving? Taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! And public bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent a bike by day or by journey. There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:

- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez

- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12



In the event you're driving around town, please note there are Parking Meters in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.

Location & Access: The apartment is located on Calle 4 between 5th Av and the beach, a pedestrian-only zone with vehicle access restricted to residents with special permits.

Arriving by taxi: Your driver can drop you off at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Calle 4 Norte (or Calle 2 Norte). From there, walk approximately 1-2 blocks east toward the beach to reach Condos Zaci. Please bring luggage you can comfortably carry this short distance.

Arriving by car: Street parking is not available. The closest parking facility is on 10th Avenue and 4th Street. Parking meters operate on all downtown Playa del Carmen streets from 10am to 10pm.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $300 USD may be required upon arrival or at check-in (depending on the booking platform - not ABB). This is a temporary hold, released after check-out provided all terms are met.



Electricity (Long-term Stays)

Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.



House Rules

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs). Violation incurs a $200 penalty.

- No parties, events, or illegal activity permitted

- No loud music after 10pm. Please be respectful of neighbors.

- Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed

- Pets are not allowed

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on balcony/terrace railings

- Use the Safety Deposit Box for valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and in a fantastic location!! We did have a really hard time with the check-in process. The check-in instructions indicated to look for the "Condo Zaci" building however there were no markings or numbers on the building whatsoever. We had to ask nearby business people and nobody heard of it so we had to fumble our way to find proper building. The lockbox holding the keys was suppose to be marked "Stella" however there were no markings on the correct lockbox. Once inside the condo, there was a safe in each bedroom. One was full of rust and had no key to unlock, the other was push button however the code to unlock was not included in the check-in instructions. The listing for this condo indicated that there was an outdoor BBQ. After check in we were told there was no BBQ available at this property. We also found that the kitchen was understocked (1 dish cloth, 1 tea towel, dull knives, 1 frying pan, no large bowls, no amenities whatsoever including coffee filters!?!). These things can easily be rectified and it would make a huge difference for someone's stay. The few issues we did have, the representative from Stella Rentals (Angel) was very quick to respond and at the end of our stay, offered a late check out without charge which was really appreciated!!We would definitely stay at this condo again and highly recommend it for those looking for an enjoyable vacation.Wendi & Brian G.Canada

The space is ideal for someone wanting to be steps from the beach and steps from the main strip (5th Street) since it was tucked 1/2 between both. It was clean and we were provided with plenty of beach towels and bath towels; however, I was shocked to find out that wash rags for bathing were not provided (so be sure to pack some for your stay here!)

Noise: The listing does mention there will be noise due to location and many reviews mentioned the club next door. I was expecting noise when booked and was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t that bad. Queen bed room is the noisiest and the double bed room is more quiet. I was able to sleep easily in the double bed room and white noise played on my phone helped me sleep in the queen room. Location: Perfect for beach access and right off of fifth ave. The ferry is super close as is the ADO bus station. Loved the location. Water: The water shut off several times during our stay. We were unable to use the toilet or shower during these times which is inconvenient when covered in sand/sunblock. I messaged the concierge but didn’t get much help or explanation from her as to why the water was shut off. We did stay during a tropical storm but no other spots had water issues in the area. Shower: Low water pressure and it takes a long time to warm up so either be patient or be ready for cold showers. Neighbor: There is a man that lives next door. He constantly moaned, coughed, and called out for help at all hours of the day/night. It is loud and woke us up several times when staying in the queen bedroom (closest to his unit). On the first night we approached him asking if he needed help in which he replied no and tried to enter our unit. He seems harmless but be wary. We were a group of girls and felt mostly safe other than that initial interaction.
