About this apartment rental
Our 1800 sq ft condominium has 2 bedrooms plus large loft and 3 bathrooms with Hair Dryers. The condo is .5 miles to Canyon Lodge and .6 mile to the Village and 2.2 miles to Tamarack Lodge. The condo is on the top level (55 steps) with Views of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Rock. For your Entertainment, TV's in ALL bedrooms/loft with a large TV in the living room with DVD and Cable in each room. There is a Stereo System, Games and Books for your usage. The unit has a Washer and Dryer. We offer INTERNET ACCESS and a Printer and Scanner. There is a Fully Equiped Kitchen with a Dishwasher, Trash Compactor and many other cooking items including an Electric BBQ. Firewood is provided. There is Underground Parking, a Walk-in Locker is on the first level to store your Skis, Snowboards or other items. The complex has an Indoor Jacuzzi Tub and Sauna with windows so you can relax and enjoy the View. For public transportation, you can walk across the street to catch the bus. The Business License Tax and Transient Occupancy Tax Certificate number is 06002.

This property is perfect year round for all the activities Mammoth offers. The owner Patricia was very responsive and delivered a brand new 65” TV for us and future guests to enjoy !
The jacuzzi and sauna were recently remodelled.
The covered parking was perfect over our ski holiday. A great place offering a bathroom in each room.

Beautiful views off the balcony. Hot tub is great after snowboarding all day. The location was super convenient. Only issue was with the front door (after entering the code wrong 2/3 times, the door locked shut off and locked us out). But I would still stay here again. Property owner/manager are very easy to communicate with!
