Hyvä yhteydenpito, ystävällinen isäntä, historiaa kunnioittava sisustus, isot huoneet, hyvin varusteltu ja siisti, rauhallinen sijainti keskellä kylää. Avuliaat naapurit.
Yläkertaan jyrkät portaat, läpikulku toisten makuuhuoneiden kautta, keskikerroksen WCssä ei käsien pesua (bideealtaan voisi vaihtaa käsien pesu altaaseen)
