Bright And Sunny Apartment

Excellent location with easy access to everything you need. While it's not right in the city center, most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within comfortable walking distance, making it a great base for exploring. The area is also surprisingly quiet at night—we slept very well without any noise or disturbances. The apartment is comfortable and well-suited for both couples and solo travelers. The beds were comfortable, and the location makes getting around the city quick and convenient, whether on foot or by public transport. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and practical stay.

The bedroom is super tight, there's basically space only for the bed.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well located apartment and really appreciated being met by Rute who provided a lot of useful information about Lisbon. We liked the restaurants, wine bar and ice cream shop located arround the lovely park nearby, an area that was frequented by local people.

The bedroom was small with very little space on either side of the bed.

Expected better from the advetising.

Very old property reshaped, the entry door in the building very narrow with about 10 abrupt steps. The bedroom very small. In the kitchen missing coffee machine and the toaster is very old. I pay direct on site and passed 10 days and no invoice was released. I forgot some medication and documents on a table, but the host told me that was nothing there.

Location was great for us

Miscommunication with the agency. We had to wait in the rain for a long time for a lady to open for us although the agency knew our flight number. In addition, the flat we were shown was not habitable as there was some leak from the roof in the bathroom area, so - this is the bit that made it better for us - as a result we were given an upgrade (the flat above the one in question!) plus some discount. So overall it was OK, cold though even with two blankets and two radiators provided as the extra attic space (which is not usable) is not well insulated / sealed. There was a damp smell coming from the bathroom ceiling, but otherwise the flat was lovely, full of light and had all the necessary modern fixtures and fittings.
