Bright And Sunny Apartment

Place is nice and big. Super well located and with many cafes and restaurants around. The host Ruth is an incredible guide and has tons of recommendations and good tips. Will definitely recommend for a few days in Lisbon. It's walking distance from the main areas and is pretty peaceful area.

It's missing some of extra amenities that would make your stay even better such as a coffee machine, washing machine, or AC. In October the temperature was still hot but I cannot imagine what it must be in summer. The fan is definitely not enough. And some mosquito repellent options would be great too as every night we had to fight with many mosquitos that kept us awake.

Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen, sehr gut ausgestattet, gutes Bett und in einer guten Lage. Man erreicht die Busstation oder auch die Tram 28 in wenigen Minuten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl dieses Apartments und empfehlen es gerne für einen Aifenthalt in Lissabon.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr schmal,, aber das liegt in der Natur der Sache und ist keine Beschwerde.

Excellent location with easy access to everything you need. While it's not right in the city center, most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within comfortable walking distance, making it a great base for exploring. The area is also surprisingly quiet at night—we slept very well without any noise or disturbances. The apartment is comfortable and well-suited for both couples and solo travelers. The beds were comfortable, and the location makes getting around the city quick and convenient, whether on foot or by public transport. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and practical stay.

The bedroom is super tight, there's basically space only for the bed.

The execution is poor.

Difficult to get out at night and risks of bumping • No guidelines for the TV • The showerhead rod is detached from de wall. Promised maintenance repair did not show up • Shower floor is very slippery. Real high risk. Requested anti-slip shower mat not supplied. • Almost empty first aid kit • Outdoor bell is not working. • Kitchen design is weird. Big chance of bumping. • Damaged shower entrance • Floor carpet is worn out. • The freezer in the fridge is totally iced and cannot be used.
