very nice hotel for a short stay in Angra dos Reis :)
- best receptionist (Eliselma), giving so many cool adventure hints and speaks veeery good french. Many special thanks to her as she was so helpful to make our day excursions perfect. - very good and family ambiance - good area with an easy connection to the center by bus - calm and beautiful outside area - supermarket and restaurants just next to the hotel
- WiFi didn’t work well - room furnitures a bit older than on the pictures in the internet

We did a boat trip in Angra and stayed in the property for one night. The staff was really nice and the location was very good.
The property needs a renovation in the bedrooms, everything is very old and not so comfortable.

As camas não são tão confortáveis, as roupas pareciam que não estavam tão limpas, com pó, como se quarto estivesse fechado a um tempo. Somente esses pontos negativos, demais coisas soa ótimas.

como passei apenas uma noite, foi ok
O diferencial é a equipe. Os atendentes da recepção e do café extremamente prestativos e educados. A cama era confortável e espaçosa e o café da manhã com boas opções.
A localização é bem ruim. A pousada fica exatamente em cima de um esgoto a céu aberto e a praia não é tão bonita. O chuveiro quase não saia agua, a internet era bem ruim e por isso, a função smart da tv ficava inativa e o estacionamento não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes.
