Ulivi on the Lake

Fabulous views from the balcony. The apartment is comfortable and clean with everything you need. Stay here if you have a car or bike to get around Lake Como. It's a quiet area but 5 mins to the Iperal supermarket and lots of food options. Our host Elisa was lovely and we felt very welcomed. There is a pool to cool off in the summer heat.

The stormy weather but that is not the fault of the owner ;). Everything was fine. If I had to say, access to the parking might be tricky for big cars ( narrow and huge slope) but that is definitely manageable.

L'accès au parking littéralement vertigineux et peu commode : 5 manœuvres sont nécessaires pour retourner un SUV dans le sens du départ Le séjour sombre équipé d'un canapé 3 places donc peu pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes L'absence de machine a café a capsule et d’un plan de travail, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine Les housses de chaises et de canapés d'une propreté approximative Le bac de douche petit 0,5m2 pour des personnes de grande taille La climatisation facturée 5 euros par jour alors que l'appartement est sous le toit ce qui la rend obligatoire en période de canicule Pour le même prix par nuit nous avions bénéficié d’un appartement noté 9,5 : lumineux, climatisé, d’une propreté irréprochable et tout confort 2 jours avant a Intra ...donc ne vous arrêtez pas aux notes : lisez les commentaires !
