Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin persönlich empfangen. Sie hat uns auch alles gut erklärt. Für das Auto gab es in der Tiefgarage einen Platz. Von dort konnte man bequem über eine Treppe in die Wohnung gelangen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist prima, zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit.

Mariagrazia était très sympathique et arrangeante. Appartement très bien équipé à 10mn à pied de la plage.

Environnement bruyant (chien qui aboie, arrosage la nuit). Appartement sous les toits donc rapidement assez chaud.

Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen: Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit vielen Fenstern und einer schönen Terrasse. Komfortables Parken: Eine eigene Garage mit direktem, praktischem Zugang zur Wohnung. Perfekt ausgestattet: In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Großes Bad & toller Service: Das Bad war angenehm großzügig, und es lagen mehr als genug Handtücher für den Strand und die Dusche bereit. Herzliche Gastgeberin: Die Vermieterin war super nett, extrem hilfreich und hat uns viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Prima Lage: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und erfreulich nah am See.

Schlafkomfort eingeschränkt: Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war leider sehr, sehr hart. Abnutzung: Das Schlafsofa war bereits ziemlich durchgelegen.

The apartment was spacious, and the facilities were as described. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed less so.

Communication was a total disaster area. We never met the host, who did speak some English, but had a full-time job. I was able to phone him from Switzerland to warn him that our ETA would be delayed by at least 2 hours, but once we got to Italy my partner's phone could not reach him, it was always "number unobtainable". We had not received any messages about the check-in procedure in advance, and wasted over an hour trying to find the apartment because the booking.com location marker was wrongly positioned. A kind young Italian lady helped us by phoning the host on her phone as neither of us could reach him, and it transpired that we were supposed to meet a lady at a nearby petrol station, not at the apartment. We had not been told any of this. The lady who met us spoke no English whatsoever. We picked this apartment partly because booking.com said English was spoken.
