Maria Grazia ist eine sehr herzliche Vermieterin und das Appartement sauber, gemütlich und in einer tollen Lage im Ort! Eine eigene Garage unter dem Haus ist wirklich praktisch!
Lediglich die Matratze des Schlafsofas war etwas sehr durchgelegen- da wir es mit zwei Personen nutzen mussten war dies nicht besonders komfortabel. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist dafür umso gemütlicher!

The apartment was spacious, and the facilities were as described. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed less so.
Communication was a total disaster area. We never met the host, who did speak some English, but had a full-time job. I was able to phone him from Switzerland to warn him that our ETA would be delayed by at least 2 hours, but once we got to Italy my partner's phone could not reach him, it was always "number unobtainable". We had not received any messages about the check-in procedure in advance, and wasted over an hour trying to find the apartment because the booking.com location marker was wrongly positioned. A kind young Italian lady helped us by phoning the host on her phone as neither of us could reach him, and it transpired that we were supposed to meet a lady at a nearby petrol station, not at the apartment. We had not been told any of this. The lady who met us spoke no English whatsoever. We picked this apartment partly because booking.com said English was spoken.
