Surroundings and staff were lovely.
To get to hotel from the road you have to cross a river which is not deep but will get you wet feet at night.
Bathrooms are basic. No toilet seats.
Pool was not the cleanest.

Staff were friendly.
We booked trying to get a place close to Tayrona Park not knowing we would have to trek through a river to get to the place prior to climbing 5 flights of stairs to get to the reception. After telling the staff that we had our bags down the bottom there was still no help with our bags or any other way of it. The toilet had no seat and a poor excuse for a shower.
