Swift communication with the owner. Great location just between the bus station and the Biennale events. Kitchen with (almost everything needed) when you decide to cook. Nice neighbourhood, close to the vaporetto stations.

Minor issues, really. The kitchen could have a lid for the pots, bigger glasses (and for wine), spaghetti spoon etc. The fridge is not cold enough and the button for the temperature is broken. In this time of the year, mosquitoes were everywhere even if we tried our best - nets in the windows would be great. The toilet seat really needs to be fixed. The bed looked more cozy than it actually was. Regarding all the small issues, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great apartment in awesome quiet location. Easy accessible, clean and big enough for a family. It's really close to Vaporetto that you can take to visit islands located in the north side of Venice or even travel to Lido (you just have to taste coffee in "Cafes Do Brasil" there!). Piazza San Marco, Ponte di Rialto and many other tourist attractions are very close and you can get there on foot (7-12 min walk). Apartment's host is very friendly and helpful. We got all the instructions and directions guidance regarding transport from airport to the apartment.

Había mosquitos. Sugiero que lo digan o que pongan al cliente enchufes para que de alguna manera no te acribillen. También estuvimos casi 1 hora y media fuera porque nos dieron indicaciones por mail del check-in, pero las llaves del apartamento no estaban ubicadas y tuvimos que llamar más de 5 veces , se resolvió. Pasé miedo y nervios pq iba con una menor y me veía en la calle .
