Great apartment in awesome quiet location. Easy accessible, clean and big enough for a family. It's really close to Vaporetto that you can take to visit islands located in the north side of Venice or even travel to Lido (you just have to taste coffee in "Cafes Do Brasil" there!). Piazza San Marco, Ponte di Rialto and many other tourist attractions are very close and you can get there on foot (7-12 min walk). Apartment's host is very friendly and helpful. We got all the instructions and directions guidance regarding transport from airport to the apartment.

Me lleve una grata sorpresa x los detalles q la anfitriona nos dejo( jabones en baño, lavavajillas para cocina). Luego tambien habia sobrante de cafe etc de anteriores huespedes. La limpieza de 10. La ubicacion para nosotros tambien de 10. Zona tranquila y se llega en 10-15 al barrio de san marcos. Indicaciones de la propietaria sobre como llegar con Alilaguna y parada hasta alojamiento tambien de 10. No nos gusto las camas. Muy incomodas. Necesidad cambiar colchon tanto hab como sofa. Poco acogedoras tambien las sabanas y las almohadas.

Valoro mucho poder descansar en mis vacaciones. Las camas son un punto primordial.

Quite and clam place

It was hot during the time we stayed so A/C could have helped to sleep a better.

The location is perfect. Very clean.

If you come to relax and sleep, then this option is not suitable for you. Nearby, another building is being refurbished. Repair starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. It is not possible to stay in the apartments. The perforator and circular saw work all the time. It is unfortunate that the hosts did not inform about this before check-in. I paid a lot of money and did not get the expected effect. I do not recommend to people who like to sleep in the morning and walk in the evening. Also not recommended for families with children.
