Fully equipped penthouse apartment in a small well-kept resort with great palm trees / olives / pine garden and spacious pool with separate baby area.
The apartment was previously used by the owners with 2 small children exclusively themselves. Accordingly fully equipped and well maintained is the apartment. The apartment is ideal for the family with several children, but also for 2 families with a total of 2 children. There is a total of 2 double beds, 2 cots and a baby cot. Of course, guests - up to 4 adults without children - in the apartment and this environment feel very well.
In 5 minutes walk you reach two beautiful bays with crystal clear water and a sophisticated boat harbor with many great restaurants. Other beautiful bays are reachable within a few minutes by car. The nature reserve Mondrago is reached in a short time by bus. It takes only 10 minutes by car and the jogger takes 30 minutes. There you will find natural, beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters. These bays are visited by tourists and boaters from all over the island. Cala d'Or is otherwise considered as an ideal starting point for excursions. 20 minutes to the Caribbean beaches of Es Trenc, 45 minutes to Palma, just over an hour to the Tramuntana mountains or in the islands and the Cap Formentor. In the spacious living room you can watch in the evening on the cozy sofa landscape all the usual German TV programs on a flat screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and coffee machine, juicer, toaster is available as well as a washing machine, balcony furniture, sun loungers.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. In the other bathroom a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
A complete tableware, wine / drinking glasses, cutlery, pots and pans ensure the preparation of the physical well-being.
Towels for the bathroom and beach as well as a complete bedding complete the equipment.
The garden invites you to relax. Whether in the shade of palm trees and olive trees or under the direct Mallorca sun. You will feel very comfortable there and in the daily pool supervised by professionals. The short distances to the apartment for refreshing drinks to save you long waiting times at the beach kiosks. Also, within earshot, your toddlers can sleep in the apartment while you relax by the pool and sip your own cocktail. If you want to spend time by the sea or just dive into the sea in the morning, you will find two beautiful bays for swimming with surrounding bars and restaurants in next walking distance.
Just a few meters away from the resort you will find several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a supermarket, pharmacy and more.

Apartment ideally located , very clean and spacious with a huge roof terrace which we used every day.Close to local amenities and less than 10 minutes walk to a lovely marina.Pool area very quiet and well maintained.Communication with Joachim the owner was excellent.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Loved this spacious and very lovely apartment which was set in a quiet complex with a spotlessly clean pool and attractive grassed surround. The roof terrace was a bonus with amazing views. Would definitely love to stay again.
