Perfect location for a winter skiing vacation

Not too far from the Flachau and Obertauern skiing resorts. But also really close to the smaller Radstadt skiing station which we could see from our room. There are also some cross-country skiing possibilities nearby. The property was nice and clean. There is a shared coffee, tea and supplies corner for all the guests to share. The staff were helpful. The animals were cute and the cats were friendly :)

Amazing view from the apartment. The room is nice and comrortable. The bathroom is a bit dated, it was clean and everything was working. Overall, we were very satisfied and we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent value for money in a comfortable room with a beautiful balcony

The balcony in our room was a big plus ! We also liked that the TV had Netflix (since there was some rain at one point during our stay). 🙏 Very nice mountain hikes in the vicinity (10/15 min drive away). Cute medieval town nearby (Radstadt).

The rooms are not very well isolated for sound. Rules about being quiet after 10 pm and 6 am are clearly specified, but we had to knock on our neighbor's wall to have them turn down the volume on their TV around 11 PM one night... In the morning, the house starts bustling with life at 5.30 / 6.00 am, which woke me up both nights. 😅

Great apartment for small family

The location of the apartment was really nice. It was all clean and also beautifully decorated. Free coffee, Tea and also had some board games to try. The view from the balcony was amazing. Though initially it felt not nice, I kind of like it when the wifi gets turned off at 00:00.

Options to walk around seems bit limited. I assume the roads that goes through the farm field are private. They were closed. I would have loved a small tour around the field. But yeah its nothing to complain about ;)

It truly felt like a hidden gem. I am already looking forward to my next visit because one stay here is simply not enough! While I made a mistake with the room number during booking, I was relieved to find out that it didn't result in any negative changes. In fact, the room I ended up with was even bigger than the one I had originally booked. I was asked to pay an extra $15 for the upgrade, and I gladly did so because the place was worth every penny! I must mention that the responsible staff member actually suggested the brilliant idea of adding the guest's name on the door, and I wholeheartedly agreed with her. This thoughtful addition would help prevent any confusion and enhance the overall guest experience. I cannot wait for the opportunity to visit again and explore more of the charm and tranquility this place has to offer. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a delightful and rustic getaway. Thank you once again for providing such a remarkable stay!

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, the view from the terrace is wonderful and there is a lovely hiking area up the mountain. It was super cozy to sit outside in the evenings! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and the mattress was good quality. There was a lot of storage space for clothes. There was also plenty of kitchen equipment (different plates, mugs, cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.) as well as stuff to clean them with. There was free coffee and tea.

Absolutely not a criticism - but it's good to either have a car or be physically fit if you stay here, since it's a bit far from public transport. Walking up the hillside in a storm is an adventure:D

It is a nice place with the view on the mountains. Calm place with friendly people. Everything was clean and ready for visitors. Kettle and microwave are shared in the hall among 4 rooms on the floor. Well situated for skiing, ferrata climbing. It is a vegan farm, you can try vegan breakfest. All the needed information was sent before arrival.

- Not really a negative point, just a comment – if understood correctly, the shared space (especially the fridge) is shared only between two rooms. If so, then it might be only little extra expense to acquire one more small fridge and equip each room with their private facility. But there was no problem finding enough space and use the shared things so no problem at all. We really enjoyed the stay here and recommend to everyone! :-)

Nice, comfortable place to stay. There are lots of activities and places to see nearby. We had apartment for 4 people, which was equipped very well with everything we needed. There was self online checkin, so everything was quick. Of course, there was no problem to contact hosts if needed.

Such a lovely place! The house was perfect for our ski trip, close to multiple ski paradise, there was also a ski room so in the morning we could put on our warm ski boots. :) We also had a little kitchen and private bathroom, everything was clean and perfect.

be aware of the mountain road, be prepared if you are visiting it at winter time

- very good price/value - super clean - smooth contactless check-in - good/helpful communication - nice view - it is really nice what they are doing there for the animals and the environment, if you are into that, you should consider this place for sure!

- the bed is a bit soft and out of shape for my taste - the room was cold a bit at first(right after the lockdown) but the issue got fixed right after I mentioned it, thanks again for that:)
