Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and exactly what we expected. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was done every two days, but the staff checked with us every day to see if we needed anything, such as cleaning, fresh towels, or trash removal. We really appreciated this thoughtful approach. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. She made us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful, authentic Italian atmosphere. The grounds are charming and well maintained. Our room had everything we needed, including a minibar with snacks and drinks available for an additional charge. One of the biggest highlights was the location. Although the hotel is a little uphill from the main road, it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Even better, there’s a free public beach right there, which was a huge advantage for us. If you’re planning to buy groceries, we highly recommend shopping at Ipercoop - about an 18-minute drive away. Unfortunately, because we were traveling with children, we didn’t get to spend much time on the rooftop terrace. However, we did go up to see it, and it was probably the most beautiful rooftop view in the entire area. The only small downside is that the neighborhood is very quiet and feels a bit secluded. If you’re looking for shopping, nightlife, or busy streets full of restaurants, you’ll probably prefer staying closer to one of the nearby towns. That said, they’re only about a 10-minute drive away, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Another very minor suggestion would be to include a few fresh vegetables at breakfast 🙏🏻. We understand that a traditional Italian breakfast is usually sweet and served with coffee 😍 The breakfast area itself was beautiful, peaceful, and a lovely place to start the day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with a genuine Italian atmosphere.

Hotel is nice, clean and offers a lot of places to enjoy your breakfast. There is a parking available with no extra charge of money. Location is quite convenient, just few minutes by walk to the beach or Cavi train station. Plenty of restaurants are nearby as well.

Bathroom is not as large as you would expect, especially shower enclosure is really tiny. No room has a balcony, but this is no big issue as there are some dining spots outside. Do not forget to bring your ear plugs, because you can basically hear other guests, elevator or just people passing the corridor.

The room was so small and also at -2 level with the smell of mold. The breakfast is below average.
