Location is quite central, 300 meters to Orbeliani Bazaar where you can get food and shop at Carrefour, 600 meters to Clock Tower, 1.2 km to State Academy of Arts, and short drive to central station.
Family room for three people is spacious both the bedroom area and bathroom area. Though the shower was acting a bit weird, it sometimes ‘turned on’ eventho we already turn the faucet off.
The bed was the kinda spring bed where the double bed will shake if one person move. I guess it was not the modern coiled spring bed? I might be wrong tho.
Breakfast started at 08:00 and there were good selections of food and bev.
There were elevators in the hotel but there were mini stairs where we had to lift our luggages: from the car drop off to the reception, from the reception to the elevators, and there were few rooms where you gotta lift your luggages down the stairs. Luckily our room was located on a normal corridor so we only had to lift our luggages four times from car dropoff to the reception, the reception to elevator, elevator to reception, and reception to car pick up.
Balcony facing the road was shared between few rooms, and insulation was not the best so if the room next door was talking on the balcony, we can hear it from inside our room.
All in all still recommending this hotel Family Room for 3 people, it was truly bang for the buck.

The hotel although not busy was well decorated and the staff were very helpful with advice and helping with booking trips.
The room was excellent and having balcony/outdoor space is always a bonus. Close to everything and would definitely return.

Great rooms and decor, amazing breakfast! But the staff and the service could have been better. They didn’t offer me help to pull my luggage up the stairs, and didn’t offer to hold the door while I was trying to get our luggage out of the hotel, even though I was traveling solo with a 4 y/o child. No smiles from the service staff at the restaurant either. It didn’t have the welcoming atmosphere. Just beautiful decor. For me the atmosphere is more important than the aesthetics, people make places after all.
