About this house rental
This property is a mountain view nested in a jungle reserve in a gated and secure community seven minutes by car from all the restaurants and Guiones Beach.
Its a four bedroom, four bath modern home with a large saltwater pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Large covered deck and outdoor kitchen the length to enjoy sunsets over the water or watch the moonlight dance on the water.
There is a separate exercise room and two car garage.

There is a washer and dryer that is also available.
There is a surfing, fishing, mountain biking ,jungle hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jungle waterfalls.

Our family of 6 rented this home for a week of surf school in Nosara. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the ocean/sunset views unparalleled. It's an easy 8 minute drive down the hill to the Playa Guiones town and beach. The outdoor gym was a nice bonus. Highly recommended.
