Please note that there is a separate, private studio apartment located on the same property, situated on a second floor and separated from the main house by the garage. The main house and studio only share the main property gate; all other areas are completely private. The property was designed with privacy in mind to ensure this setup does not affect your stay or sense of seclusion.
Important notice: Nosara is rapidly growing community and currently there is a construction site behind the property, construction noise will potentially be heard during the stay. Rates already have a discount applied.

We stayed at this property for my bachelorette weekend with 8 friends, and it was truly breathtaking. The home itself is gorgeous, with some of the most comfortable bedrooms I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and we instantly felt at home.The management company was incredible, so responsive and helpful in coordinating anything we needed throughout our stay, which made planning a group trip so much easier.The only downside was the unexpected construction happening next door. It took away from the relaxing vibe we were hoping for by the pool, and even during our yoga class outside, the noise made it a little hard to fully enjoy the moment.That being said, the property itself more than made up for it. I would absolutely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!
