Apartman is good choice

The apartment is 150 meters away from the ski slope. The apartment is beautiful, modernly furnished and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. There is also a ski room and a clothes hanger, which is useful in winter. Beate (the host) is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Beate only speaks German and no English at all, which makes communication difficult if you don't speak German.

Spacious, comfortable apartment

The location of the apartment is really nice. It's set at the edge of a village, overlooking fields. It feels quite private, even though it's right next to SkiWelt Westendorf area. The layout of the apartment was exceptional. It's a relatively small two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment, but it packs a lot of nice features in the space. The master bedroom with an ensuite bath is on a lower level, so it feels very private. There's a wet room to dry clothes, etc. The kitchen & living area is very sunny and comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you might need, and then some.

The TVs. There are two - one in the living room and one in the kids' bedroom - but neither appears to be a smart TV. We have our own subscription to Netflix and other streaming services, and so if it were a smart TV, we could log in and watch our favorite shows. Instead, we watched our shows on a tablet, which was less comfortable.

Exceptional

We liked absolutely everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, modern and beautiful. The view from the living room is breathtaking. Beate and her spouse are very nice and respectful of your privacy.

The pillows, but we met this issue in every place in Austria, so I guess that’s what they are used to. There are 4 steps between the two levels of the apartment.

Spotlessly clean and obviously well cared for with a beautiful view. There was plenty to do in the area for us and our children. The owners were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive at all.

Eine herausragende Unterkunft in toller Lage, perfekt für den Familienurlaub.

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig hergerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die unserer Kinder bei der Abreise, „Wann kommen wir wieder?“ sagt wohl alles. Der nette Austausch mit der Gastgeberfamile rundete den Aufenthalt ab.

Wir kommen wieder - empfehlenswert

Eine ideale Unterkunft für uns und unseren erwachsenen Sohn, da die Schlafzimmer an verschiedenen Enden liegen und jeder ein eigenes Bad nutzen konnte. Die Unterkunft ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war absolut sauber. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet jedoch von der Arbeitsfläche her eher klein. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich. Die Lage war für uns am Ortsrand am Ende einer Anwohnerstrasse ideal : man war für einen Spaziergang schnell außerhalb, es war ruhig, der Skibus hält direkt am Beginn der Straße. Am Beginn der Straße befindet sich ein Campingplatz, der dazu einlädt nach einem Spaziergang eine Kleinigkeit zu essen oder etwas zu trinken. In Brixen ist direkt ein Zugang zur Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, es gibt jede Menge Restaurants und Bars, einen Einkaufsladen und alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf und einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. In Brixen sowie den umliegenden Orten gibt es nette Events, auf die wir nach Anmeldung durch unsere Vermieterin per App zugreifen konnten.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil, winters wie sommers perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch zwei Paare.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Skiwoche Anfang Januar in Brixen im Thale und haben uns im Apartment Beate rund um wohl gefühlt! Ein top, modernes, extrem sauberes, chic eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil, perfekt für uns als fünfköpfige Familie geeignet! Hervorzuheben sind die zwei getrennten Badezimmer, komfortable Fußbodenheizung, gute Küchenausstattung. Beate hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch noch während der Woche mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Verfügung gestanden. Haben uns sehr gefreut, auch den Rest der freundlichen Gastgeberfamilie im Laufe der Woche noch kennen zu lernen. Beate sagte, es sei möglich, direkt mit den Ski bis zur Unterkunft zu fahren. Aufgrund des Erfahrungstandes unserer Kinder, haben wir das nicht selbst ausprobiert, ist aber natürlich eine tolle Möglichkeit! Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die schöne Woche! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen oder die Unterkunft an Freunde oder Familie empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Eure Familie Ahlers

Z przyjemnością przyjedziemy ponownie!

Położenie apartamentu dla nas idealne, w spokojnym miejscu, z pięknym widokiem na góry, a zarazem niedaleko od centrum miejscowości. Pani Beata to cudowna, pomocna właścicielka, dla której ważne jest, żeby goście czuli się dobrze. W mieszkaniu znaleźliśmy wszystko, co było mam potrzebne, żeby czuć się komfortowo i odpocząć. Bardzo zadbane i czyste.
