Having to leave

It started a bit strange cause we reached the place at 9.30 PM and the host said "it's not early" :D and "this is not a hotel", which I now get, it was quite late and we didn't announce it. Still I would rate this 10/10 and I can't recommend it enough. Everything was fantastic: the location, the huge and clean room, best breakfast we had in our 10 day trip in the south of France. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool and it was chilly anyway but that looked very premium as well. The navigation took us through Saint-Geniez de Bertrand from A75, which was an incredible experience on itself - a narrow curved road looking over the whole valley, I would recommend that as well.

Location, hosts, breakfast, everything was first class

It is in a very pretty and quiet location and having the use of a kitchen - micro wave and fridge (which we weren't expecting) was very useful - we will know for another time as the area needs more exploring.

It was a bit cold - although the temperature had suddenly dropped from being warm and was due to rise again - and I'm sure heating the big old, yet pretty, building is quite a challenge.
