Overall, everything was good. However, the heater was not working. Whenever we needed hot water, we had to call the staff to check it, and it only worked after they fixed it. They should look into this issue to ensure the heater works properly at all times. Other than that, everything was good.

The apartments are visually very nice and the room was clean. A kettle, tea, and all basic amenities were provided. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of options.
There were, however, a few issues that affected comfort. The Wi-Fi was poor. We stayed during a cold period in Nuwara Eliya when temperatures dropped to around 13°C, and the room was freezing cold. Heating was available for an additional fee, which was disappointing, as basic warmth in the room should be included.
The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the sink leaked, leaving the bathroom floor wet.
Despite these drawbacks, we had a pleasant overall experience and positive impressions of the hotel.

I liked the location and space in Room but the accommodation is on a hill with steep inclination. Only a four wheel drive vehicle could reach comfortably. We went by a good but old car and, with great difficulty, we manage to drive the vehicle up. In the wash room, the commode was too close to the wall so that it's difficult sit comfortably, especially for the elderly people. The Bed is too low and the mattress is too soft so that when you sit, it's quite low and difficult for an elderly to get up without the support.

Shift the commode to right by 6 inches
Speak to the neighbors & the RDA and re-do the road with little widening and reduce the inclination in a progressive manner like in the hospital.
