Good size cottage for two in a great location for exploring the Cairngorms. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Bathroom OK. Shower was good. Owner Sheena was lovely and came to see if we were OK on arrival. She also left us some Walkers biscuits and milk.
The living room furniture was old and tired. The settee was small and very uncomfortable (you could feel the wooden frame while you were sitting on the cushions). The towels were old and worn. Many of the items in the kitchen cupboards/drawers had to be washed before we used them and the coatings on the pans were wearing off. Stainless steel pans would be healthier.
