    The hotel was so nice and we loved the room and the big breakfast. It was very stylish and well decorated and everything felt new. Downsides were you had to choose your breakfast time the day before, and the neighborhood itself wasn’t amazing but that might just reflect Tainan being less attractive than some other Taiwanese cities. It’s still quite walkable.

    Location of hotel was ok and two requests were not fulfilled. Requested for room to be away from lift and extra 2 pillows were not acceded. For the rates, room size was acceptable and comes with daily breakfast. However there wasn't water dispenser which hotels in Taiwan usually provides hence we have to get bottled water daily from the front desk when we came back at night. (Did not request to do a daily clean of the room). Breakfast selection was small but served its purpose especially if one has yet recee the surrounding the of the accommodation yet.

    The hotel charged my credit card for my full stay three times over the course of my stay. Only noticed after I got back to Taipei. Ended up paying 3 times the amount because some dumwit used my card details to swipe us three times instead of just once. Never going back there again. Still trying to get those charges refunded.
