I really enjoyed the hotel’s half-board system - the dinners were outstanding, generous, and truly restaurant-quality, with the option to order a perfectly matching wine for the set menu. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, give advice, and solve any issue, and the hotel’s location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the ski lift. The spa was amazing, with several sauna options, a hammam, a hot tub, and a beautiful relaxation area - I left with wonderful impressions, would happily return next season, and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
A small area for improvement would be to provide one large duvet instead of two separate small ones in rooms booked for double occupancy. It would also be a nice touch to have a kettle or a small tea and coffee set in the room.

Breakfast is very good, small but cosy fitness with all equipment one need, large ski room and very comfortable, friendly stuff

Abendessen war hervorragend! Mit Salatbuffet etc.! Schöner Wellnessbereich mit kleinem Pool. Großes Zimmer. Direkt an der Gondel zum Skifahren. - Alles wunderbar!
Frühstück war fein, nur etwas Frisches außer Äpfel und "echtes Körnermüsli" - nicht Knusper - fehlte.
